About Us
HNR Homes is a family-run construction company with roots in residential and commercial construction in the greater Orlando area for over 50 years. Our history extends multiple generations starting with a row of humble shotgun houses in what is now a historic part of Orlando, evolving through the years to include building some of the grandest estates in Orlando. Present day operations are managed by brothers Dan and Mike Zukoski, each of whom bring unique talents to the organization and have a combined 45 years experience in the construction industry.

We provide a variety services for both remodel as well new construction. We build to your architect’s specifications or provide design services to parallel our construction services. We perform turnkey projects providing land, design, and construction services for those who want to utilize our experience through all phases of a project. Simply put, our job is building homes in the $500,000 to $3,000,000 dollar range. But our passion is building unique, historically accurate, highly-stylized homes that are warm, intimate, and elegant.
